Just because I can . . .

I wrote this poem because a friend
asked why, I would undertake such
an adventure. Well . . .

Why?

Why . . .
Well why not?

I mean why shouldn’t I try?

To fill a blank page!

Why not?

Fill it with . . ,

Dots and dashes,

“t’s” and “v’s”.

Why?

Because I want to,

Between you and me,

I love a challenge!

Why not?

If others are having a go,

Then why not me?

Is there any reason?

Why?

I can’t write . . .
